Becoming a Milk Collection Site (depot)

Becoming a milk collection site is a simple process that begins with a phone call to MMBNE.

In addition to helping the Mothers’ Milk Bank Northeast run more efficiently, milk collection sites (depots) function to support and encourage breastfeeding in the community.

Requirements for collection sites include a protected location for a freezer (away from general traffic) and an employee or volunteer who agrees to oversee the drop-off of milk. MMBNE will supply guidance and assistance with requirements for becoming a milk collection site. For a list of our current milk depots, click here
