Volunteers

Volunteering is an integral part of our organization and our recent growth.

We would like to introduce you to our core volunteers: Carol, Deb, Louise, Dan, Linda and Melanie. These are wonderful individuals who have stuck with us through thick and thin; controlled chaos and calm; over-crowded old space and brand-new lab and offices.

Carol is our Shipping Goddess. (We aren't kidding. You should see how we worship her every Wednesday!)

Deb is our Media Maven. She is the volunteer behind every e-newsletter you read. She has helped us coordinate this web page and she keeps us on task and minding deadlines! She has been transformative in our communication endeavors this year.

Louise is our Volunteer Extraordinaire! She has done practically everything for the milk bank at one time or another. She works almost every Tuesday and Thursday. In the past she has helped check in milk, build furniture, organize documents and make up blood kits. We hope to have her sending out graduation certificates and birthday cards soon.

Linda RN, IBCLC, is Jen and Raechel's right hand woman. Care providers receive their forms faster than ever, when Linda stops by the office. In addition to volunteering at MMBNE, Linda devotes many hours to promoting large scale policy changes that support breastfeeding families.
