At Mothers’ Milk Bank Northeast, we envision a world where every baby has access to the safe, pasteurized donor human milk they need. Demand for donor milk continues to grow. So does the need to invest in the infrastructure, technology, and resources required to serve more babies and families.
Growing the Future is our campaign to help make that vision a reality.
Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of Robert and Andrea Insoft, every gift will be matched dollar-for-dollar through The Robert & Andrea Insoft Challenge, up to a total of $150,000. Together, we’re working toward our first campaign milestone of $300,000. Reaching it will strengthen the milk bank and expand our impact for years to come.
We’ve already raised more than $200,000. With just $100,000 left to complete this phase, every gift helps build a stronger future for the babies and families who rely on donor milk.
Meeting a Growing Need
As more hospitals and families rely on donor milk, Mothers’ Milk Bank Northeast must continue investing in the people, facilities, and infrastructure that make this lifesaving work possible.
Today, Mothers’ Milk Bank Northeast is trusted by more than 100 hospitals and thousands of families each year. However, our current facility and operational capacity limit our ability to grow alongside the increasing need.
Families across the Northeast deserve a first-class milk bank. One that is sustainable, innovative, and equipped to meet today’s needs while preparing for tomorrow’s.
Growing the Future will strengthen and expand the systems behind every donation, helping ensure safe donor milk remains available to the babies who need it most—now and in the years ahead.

As a pediatrician and neonatologist, my career is devoted to protecting and improving the lives of fragile newborns. At times, donor milk is the only safe source of nutrition for a baby who desperately needs to grow. That’s why my wife and I remain committed to ensuring that safe, lifesaving donor milk from Mothers’ Milk Bank Northeast is readily available.
