For medical professionals considering Mothers’ Milk Bank Northeast . . .

Mothers’ Milk Bank Northeast serves over 100 hospitals in 11 states throughout the Northeast. As a regional milk bank with an established reputation, professional staff, and a large donor base, we meet our clients’ needs in a timely and consistent manner. Bringing our experience across state lines, we have tissue bank licenses in New York, California, Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Accredited in 2011, our team has worked closely with hospitals big and small to develop policies and protocols for their donor milk programs. If you’d like to learn more about bringing donor milk into your nursery or NICU, please contact our Director of Hospital & Community Relations, Kylia Garver. We are also happy to visit hospitals within our service area to meet with staff and give an educational presentation on donor milk safety, cost, and logistics.

Medical professionals, if you are ready to set up an account, please email Kylia Garver. Next, complete and submit this form to our orders department – please see contact details below.

We ship packages via FedEx Priority Overnight. These are shipped Monday through Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Friday. If necessary, we can ship milk on Friday for Saturday delivery, but it is not recommended.

The milk will arrive in an insulated box packed with dry ice. Please be careful when removing the bottles if there is still dry ice inside. If you experience any issues with FedEx delivery, please call PeriShip at 866-928-6428 as they manage all of our FedEx shipping and can track every box.

Local Deliveries

If you are in the greater Boston area, we can arrange for a courier to deliver the package or you can pick it up at our office.
