Mothers’ Milk Bank Northeast serves over 100 hospitals in 11 states throughout the Northeast. As a regional milk bank with an established reputation, professional staff, and a large donor base, we meet our clients’ needs in a timely and consistent manner. Bringing our experience across state lines, we have tissue bank licenses in New York, California, Pennsylvania and Maryland.
Accredited in 2011, our team has worked closely with hospitals big and small to develop policies and protocols for their donor milk programs. Placing Your Order
Once your account is established, your hospital can start ordering milk. To do so, please call, fax or email our orders department.

You’ll need to provide the size and number of bottles you are ordering as well as a purchase order number. Please note, we offer the following:
- 50 ml (1.7 oz.) Term Milk
- 50 ml (1.7 oz.) Pre-Term Milk
- 100 ml (3.4 oz.) Term Milk
- 200 ml (6.8 oz.) Term Milk
Orders: Deadlines
Please try to place your order the day before you want the milk to be shipped. If you need an order shipped or couriered the same day, you will need to contact us by 10AM that morning.
While we will always do our best to help, we can’t guarantee expedited delivery if orders are submitted after this time. You may also incur a rush fee of $75.
Note: that orders and shipping close by 1:00 pm on Fridays and are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. For emergencies only during this time, please call 617-527-6263 and follow the prompts for urgent calls.

FedEx
We ship packages via FedEx Priority Overnight. These are shipped Monday through Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Friday. If necessary, we can ship milk on Friday for Saturday delivery, but it is not recommended.
The milk will arrive in an insulated box packed with dry ice. Please be careful when removing the bottles if there is still dry ice inside. If you experience any issues with FedEx delivery, please call PeriShip at 866-928-6428 as they manage all of our FedEx shipping and can track every box.
Local Deliveries
If you are in the greater Boston area, we can arrange for a courier to deliver the package or you can pick it up at our office.
Note: To prescribe milk for an outpatient, or for a patient whose need for donor milk does not fall under standard healthcare protocols, please refer to these guidelines and forms.
